Diary of a Wombat

Jackie French's irresistible Diary of a Wombat is an Aussie classic for good reason. Told from the perspective of one gloriously grumpy wombat, this cheeky daily diary chronicles the important business of sleeping, eating, and training the humans who've invaded the territory. Bruce Whatley's illustrations are perfection. Simple, hilarious, and utterly charming—this is the book every little Australian (and their adults) needs on their shelf. Perfect for toddlers through early primary, or anyone who appreciates a good nap and a stubborn attitude.
