SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are packed and dispatched within [2–3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Australia: [3–7] business days
New Zealand: [5–12] business days
United States, Canada, United Kingdom: [10–20] business days
Rest of world: [12–25] business days

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. International delivery times exclude any delay at customs, which is outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES
International Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $29.

TRACKING
Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days domestically or 25 business days internationally, contact us at info@patinapaperbacks and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photographs of the item and the packaging and we will make it right.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please check it carefully. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

PACKAGING
Books are packed in rigid or padded mailers appropriate to the title. Where possible we reuse clean packaging materials.
